At GULZUL, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
  • Exchange is available for size issues or defective items.
  • Customer must provide the order number and product photos for verification.

Once approved, the item can be exchanged for another available size or product of equal value.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item received is damaged.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

After verification, customers may receive:

  • A replacement item, OR
  • Store credit for future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or worn products.
  • Washed garments.
  • Products without original tags.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Customized or personalized products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our support team will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was from our side.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
